Return & Refund Policy:

Thank you for shopping at Cozi Down, LLC. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we would like to help you.

For any returns we provide a 15 calendar day return policy. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in original packaging and have the original receipt.

To proceed with a return or refund request, please contact customerservice@ecommercetrade.com and we will reply l with further instructions. Please be sure to include your order number, reason for return, and the condition of the item.

Once we receive your item back our warehouse, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Your credit may take up to 30 business days to show in your account after we have approved the refund, due to various card issuer’s refund policies.
